Giving back to her community is a core pillar of Natalie’s business. She's highly involved in the Ascension Seton family of charity boards, including Dell Children's and most recently, where she served as the 2025 President of the Elizabeth Ann Seton Board, supporting local NICU families. She and her family are members at Tarrytown United Methodist Church, where she often volunteers, and Hyde Park Schools.

Natalie lives in Pemberton Heights with her husband, their two daughters, and their King Charles Cavalier rescue dog, Mack.
