Tia: Placement and layout are my biggest influences; I strive for an open, clean, and organized feel.
What Is Your Favorite Home Appliance?
Austyn: I'd say the Roomba counts as an appliance! There's nothing better than coming home to a freshly vacuumed space.
Which Is Your Favorite Room in The House? Why?
Tia: I love checking out kitchens, especially in new construction homes. There are endless ways to design a kitchen that fits your lifestyle perfectly.
Austyn: The kitchen, because I love to cook and it's where I can get creative and unwind. It's the heart of the home for me.
What Is Your Most Loved Item in Your House?
Tia: My plants are my favorite part of my home. New Native Gardens designed both my indoor and outdoor spaces, adding the perfect finishing touch.
Austyn: Our Brazilian quartzite countertops! They are beautifully unique and incredibly durable, combining style with function.
Favorite style of home?
Tia: I love modern architecture, especially when softened with natural wood and stone accents. Great lighting is key to highlighting its beauty.
Austyn: Contemporary with a classic touch—clean lines meet timeless elegance for the perfect balance.
What Are Your Favorite Apps Currently?
Tia: My phone has plenty of unused apps, but | rely daily on the Oura app. It syncs with my Oura Ring to track sleep, workouts, heart rate, stress,
body temperature, and more.

Austyn: Matt's El Rancho is a must for their iconic Bob Armstrong queso and frozen margaritas. It might not be the best food in Austin, but it's a classic!

Tia: I recently watched Presumed Innocent on AppleTV—recommend it, but it left me with so many questions!

What's the Most Texan Thing About You?
Tia: I grew up on an 800-acre ranch in Clifton, Texas, about 2.5 hours north of Austin, surrounded by the beauty of the Texas countryside.

Austyn: We're seeing a shift from grays to warmer neutrals like soft beiges and creams.
