Olivia Benton

Olivia, a seventh-generation Austinite, brings deep local roots and a passion for helping clients navigate the Austin market. A graduate of the University of Texas, she began her career at Newmark in Dallas before gaining international design experience in the UK. She later joined the Detwiler + Wood team, helping coordinate over $475 million in residential transactions.

Now a Licensed Assistant to Jessica Stathos and Canyon Ranch Austin under Laura Gottesman and Jennifer Welch, Olivia combines market knowledge, attention to detail, and a can-do approach to deliver a seamless client experience.
