Lauren Romano is a Broker Associate with more than ten years of experience helping clients navigate Austin’s dynamic real estate market. Known for her detail-oriented approach, creative property sourcing, and relationship-driven style, Lauren consistently puts her clients’ needs first, whether she is uncovering off-market opportunities, evaluating properties, or collaborating with fellow agents. A third-generation Austinite, Westlake High School graduate, and University of Texas alumna, Lauren brings deep local knowledge and a strong network to her work. She specializes in Westlake, Central Austin, and Northwest Hills, where her firsthand understanding of neighborhood nuances gives her clients a distinct advantage. As a licensed agent with Gottesman Residential Real Estate since 2016, Lauren has extensive experience buying, selling, and leasing residential properties in the fast-paced Austin market.

Lauren’s background as an elementary school teacher in the Lake Travis and Eanes school districts shapes her thoughtful, communicative, and client-focused approach. She prioritizes building lasting relationships and guiding her clients through every step of the process, from first showing to closing and well beyond. For Lauren, success is defined not only by results but by trust built over time.

Outside of real estate, Lauren and her husband, John, are Texas Children’s Hospital Ambassadors and supporters of Family Legacy Missions and the Camp Life organization in Zambia. Lauren also serves on the Elizabeth Ann Seton development board and volunteers regularly at her children’s schools. In her free time, she enjoys running Lady Bird Lake, waterskiing in the summer, snow skiing in the winter, and spending time with family and friends. She lives in Westlake with her family.
