Hannah Windham Dailey

Hannah Windham Dailey is a proud Austin, Texas native with deep roots in the real estate industry, inspired by her family’s longstanding involvement in the business. After graduating from Austin High School, Hannah attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, where she developed her passion for client relationships and service driven work.

Following graduation, Hannah moved to Denver, Colorado, where she began her real estate career working alongside two of Denver’s top producing brokers. During this time, she gained hands-on experience, developed strong negotiation and marketing skills, and built a strong foundation in guiding clients through competitive real estate markets.

In 2023, Hannah returned home to Austin and joined Gottesman Residential, continuing her real estate career alongside her mother, Shannon Windham. Together, they provide clients with a unique balance of multi generational market expertise, innovative marketing strategies, and a personalized approach to each transaction. Hannah is known for her attention to detail, strong communication, and genuine dedication to helping clients feel knowledgeable and supported throughout the buying and selling process.

Raised in Pemberton Heights and now a proud homeowner in the neighborhood with her husband, Hannah offers a rare and personal perspective on both the lifestyle and long term value of Central Austin living.

Outside of real estate, Hannah enjoys spending time on Lake Austin, running, and making memories with her husband, family, and friends. Her deep connection to Austin, combined with her professional experience and enthusiasm for helping others, allows her to thoughtfully guide clients through one of life’s most meaningful investments.
