Lauren Elizabeth Springer

Lauren Elizabeth Springer is known for delivering elevated, full-service representation while building long-term client relationships through a strategic, detail-driven, and highly personalized approach to real estate. A longtime Austin resident originally born in New York, Lauren began pursuing her real estate career in 2013 after returning to Austin from college, where she competed as a Division I tennis athlete. She launched her career at Gottesman Residential, alongside some of Austin’s top luxury agents, and developed a strong foundation in high-end residential real estate.

Lauren is recognized for her ability to think creatively, solve complex transaction challenges, and advocate fiercely for her clients while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. She remains hands-on throughout every phase of the process – from first meeting to closing –  ensuring each client receives clear communication, strategic guidance, and all-around full-service. Her strong market insight, negotiation skills, and expansive professional and personal network allow her to successfully represent buyers and sellers in off-market and private transactions, often securing opportunities before homes reach the public market.

Lauren currently resides in Westlake and brings firsthand knowledge of the city’s evolving neighborhoods, lifestyle, and culture. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with family and friends.
