Ashley Southerland

As a native Austinite, Ashley’s exposure to real estate began at a young age. Her family has been involved in the industry, along with Austin’s architecture scene, since 1901. Her grandfather, Louis Southerland, was a principal in the state’s first registered architecture firm of Page Southerland Page and her father, Robb Southerland, held a broker’s license with over 30 years of experience in real estate.

In 2021, Ashley began her real estate journey by merging her background in hospitality and service work into a successful career as a sales agent. She is always excited to share her knowledge of Austin with clients who are both new to the city or returning home. With her extensive connections and involvement within the community, she has established a reputation for herself as a reliable, enthusiastic and capable agent.

Ashley is dedicated to her health and well-being, finding peace in nature and spending her free time swimming at Barton Springs Pool. With an extensive background in yoga, Ashley focuses her energy on finding balance and harmony in life. She strives to integrate this knowledge along with her genuine interest in people into her career.
