Flora Crosswell, REALTOR®
Flora Crosswell
A sixth-generation Austinite and a Realtor since 1998, Flora Robinson Crosswell has the experience, confidence, and first-hand working knowledge of selling and buying real estate in Austin neighborhoods. Flora started her career in real estate in her early 20’s while working as a legal assistant at a prominent real estate law firm, Armbrust and Brown, PLLC. In 1998, she decided to become a licensed realtor and quickly became a top producer as well as a preferred agent specializing in relocations for professionals moving to Austin during the beginning of the hi-tech boom.
Her low-key demeanor, undeniably engaging personality, and respect for everyone’s privacy make her especially suited for clients who call for the utmost discretion. Buyers and sellers benefit from Flora’s extensive market knowledge, effective negotiating and communications skills, invaluable network of contacts both within and outside of her profession, and persistence in a market that is in extreme demand. She has the knowledge to inform her buyers about all facets of life in a particular neighborhood, from real estate statistics to shopping and leisure patterns. Flora believes that this approach empowers buyers and allows them to make an informed decision. Flora also has a great deal of experience in interior design and often helps sellers correctly stage their homes for their target buyers. Having been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, Flora has a strong and highly respectful relationship with extremely active Austin Realtors which helps her clients sell and buy properties off of the Multiple Listing Service. Flora’s goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations and to establish a lifelong relationship as their trusted real estate advisor.
